We consider every aspect of the employee’s move and their new location, and focus strongly on communicating with them at every stage of the relocation process.

Our relocation services include:

  • Providing the employee with local information and introductions to people who have experienced a similar move
  • Providing a telephone helpline for any questions
  • Sourcing appropriate short or long-term housing
  • Dealing with removal, shipping, and utility companies
  • Packing and unpacking services
  • Cleaning the properties at both the departure and arrival points
  • Making sure the beds are made and a meal is waiting for the employee on their first night in their new home
  • Cultural orientation programmes and language tuition if needed
  • An orientation tour of the new neighbourhood, including supermarkets, banks, post office, bus routes, doctors, dentists, gyms, hairdressers, and local restaurants and cafes
  • Providing information on schools and pre-schools, including Education Review Office reports
  • Providing information on leisure activities for all family members, according to their individual interests and requirements
  • Follow-up support for the employee’s first six weeks in their new location
